Users with the "Administrator" Role can change certain settings for everyone in their CloudCheckout install.

Lead time

To prevent last-minute reservations and checkouts, it may be desirable to ensure there is a delay between when someone requests a checkout and when they can actually pick up their items. For example, setting the lead time to 1 day will ensure that someone making a reservation must give a 24-hour notice to give the checkout office enough time to prepare the reservation.

Reservation description helper text

When a user makes a reservation, they must give a reason for that checkout. By default, it says "Reason for checkout", but you can change the message to something that better matches your department's needs, such as "Reason for checkout (Please include course and project)".

Bulletin

On the dashboard page (the default page when someone first logs in), site admins can put a "bulletin" at the top of that page with whatever content they wish, such as helpful links, announcements, etc.
